Our Nantong Yecheng company has 60 CNC machines imported from Japan, a 16 gun fully-automatic sandblasting machine, and a fully-automatic anodizing production line. All parts processing, sandblasting and anodizing are completed through internal production and control, to maintain competitive prices and the highest quality products to compete in the global market.

All parts are inspected by workers using advanced QC equipment including CMM. The QC team has more than 3 years of part QC experience. All our parts are controlled according to the quality standards of European and American countries, including first article inspection, process inspection (regular sampling inspection), and final article inspection. 100% inspection will be conducted before delivery, including appearance details, threads, and key dimensions.

Technical Team with more than 5 Years′ Experience

The technical team has an average of more than 5 years of processing experience. Our technical director (boss) had served as a senior engineer in the Shanghai Branch of the world′s top 500 (Flextronics) for 11 years + and has a good understanding of the technical requirements and quality control standards of parts of Europe and American companies. Our technical team can quickly accept and understand customers′ descriptions and ideas to design and realize their desired parts requirements.
